Hunspell dictionary manager trados not opening

Hello!

I've downloaded the Hunspell dictionary manager to add language variants not supported by my Trados Studio 2024, but when I double-click on it, it won't open. I had a look at some of the solutions proposed but the links to new downloads or patches are no longer available.
