SDL Trados cannot be started

Good day

I need assistance with my SDL Trados 2021. Whenever I try to open it, it gives me the screen here below: Please advise.

Error dialog box stating 'Service 'Sdl.TranslationStudio.Api.ProjectManagement.IProjectManagementService' could not be started.' with an OK button and links to Knowledge Base and Community.
