Tests ... ??! & the right to use the license.

Hello!

I don't know where I have read that info, but I saw somewhere that no one has the right to use Trados unless they managed to finalize a Trados Training Certification Program and they have also passed the test. Is it true ???

Regarding Trados Certification Programs/ Exams, I could find in the RWS community only tests for older version of Trados. (no one for Trados 2024.
