Last November, the Verint Awards 2022 took place. Each year, Verint holds an award ceremony where they grant special recognition to their customers, for using the Verint products to the best of their abilities and even dare to do more: find new ways in making use of their solutions, innovating with them, being highly successful at creating best practices and empowering thier customers, partners, and staff.
This year, as a Verint customer, in October, the announcement arrived: RWS Community, shortlisted for two of their award categories – Innovating with AI & Analytics and Driving Digital -First Engagement.
As a team and a platform which strives to always do better and be better for their members, this nomination came as a long due acknowledgment for the RWS Community and the efforts everyone is putting into making our space a last, state-of-the-art reference point for the members of this community. We were humbled and happy with the nomination.
By the time we had to be present at the Benelux Innovate Award – the Netherlands counterpart of the ceremony, we continued to do what we know best: work on ensuring the Community is the point of contact for RWS customers in need of help, regardless of the product they use. Because we care, we want to know and help.
And our desire to be at the service of our members was rewarded on the night of the ceremony, as RWS Community was awarded the Silver prize for Innovation.
Our continuous efforts to innovate our platform by making use of different integrations between various software systems & technologies, such as the Sentiment Analysis which helps us determine customer experience and effectiveness, ensuring that we’re properly serving our members, along with integrated support systems, has convinced the Verint judges that our efforts are deserving of recognition and reward.
We want to thank Verint for acknowledging our efforts along with providing such useful tool to be able to serve our members, and also RWS customers, partners, and staff for their continuous collaboration and efforts.
As a promise from our side, we will continue to partner, pioneer and progress in our efforts to deliver a highly successful, best practice community which is empowering RWS customers, partners, and staff.
