Several days ago I added a new administrator to our RWS Account and she still cannot get access. We have tried resetting the password (a few times) for her user, but the email to do so was never received. What can we do?

Thank you for posting this issue on this page! Although the Community Help section handles questions or issues regarding the RWS Community pages (so, RWS Account issues are not handled here), you might want to check the article here regarding this issue.
Nevertheless, if the new administrator user still struggles to access the RWS Account, I would highly recommend opening a case with tech support. This can be done from the RWS Account, by going to Support & Education > Support, and then you can simply click the "Get Support" button, or you can discover the support telephone numbers for your region.
