Welcome to our community! As a new member, your posts are initially reviewed by a moderator to ensure they align with our community standards.

This is a standard process for all newcomers. Therefore, you might not be able to submit an idea immediately.

However, our community team is always here to assist you.

Please feel free to posting a question under community feedback for any further guidance.

This message explain why you are unable to post an idea, initially. However, after being reviewed by a moderator, you will be able to submit a new idea/enhancement request.

As for the navigation to the Ideas section, have you by any chance looked at the welcoming email we send to a new user? Did you check the video where we explain how to navigate the community with ease, and as such, how to find an area you are interested in?

If not, please consider checking it.

Additionally, like explained in the video, you can find a How to start with RWS Community help page by accessing the bookmarks bar in your profile. In there, you will find the page automatically saved for you.

Once you check the page, you can find additional videos that help you with navigating the community easier and finding areas of interest. 

Regarding the ideas themselves, we have newer ideas than 8 years ago. The newest idea  Support for QA checker files (.jason) exported from Trados Team in Trados Studio is from 5 March, this year.

If you want to see the newest ideas, please play around with the default filtering options that show up at the top of the list of ideas in their respective area.
