Community forum posts, answers and discussion are there in the first place to provide guidance as quick as possible to make you successful while using our products. However, we also try to extract info out of these free text conversations to discuss with other part of our business (product development, training, support) so your voice is heard. One of the aspects we capture is the sentiment of each post. The sentiment label assignment is done by a AI sentiment model. This model labels each post with a score between 1 and 5 (1 means low sentiment, 5 high sentiment). After a post is updated (edit), the sentiment score will also be re-evaluated and possibly get another label.
You can see the sentiment of your post in the right lower corner of each post in the form of a smiley. If you mouse-over the sentiment smiley, you can see the exact score. Double click on the smiley will brings you to this wiki page.
