&lt;p&gt;The &amp;ldquo;Sentiment&amp;rdquo; label is functionality that is&amp;nbsp;designed to rate the &amp;lsquo;sentiment&amp;rsquo; of a written post or reply.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It&amp;rsquo;s meant to bring a positive change within the RWS Community by making everyone more aware of how they address each other in writing when interacting with one another across the platform.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h1&gt;How does the &amp;ldquo;Sentiment&amp;rdquo; label work?&lt;/h1&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The labelling is done by an AI sentiment model.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Each time you answer a question or post on a forum thread, your reply will get a &amp;ldquo;Sentiment&amp;rdquo; score from 1 to 5, with 1 being the lowest score, while the 5 is the highest.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Yes there is. There are two ways to do it, actually.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The first option is by previewing your &amp;ldquo;Sentiment&amp;rdquo; score right before you add the post. Before clicking the reply button that ads your answer to a question, click the &amp;ldquo;Get sentiment&amp;rdquo; button under the reply box placed on the bottom left side.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;A new window will pop-up showing you the &amp;ldquo;Sentiment&amp;rdquo; score your reply has achieved.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;To improve your scoring, edit the way you have phrased your reply until you get a score that you&amp;rsquo;re satisfied with.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The second option refers to when you have already hit the reply button before previewing your &amp;ldquo;Sentiment&amp;rdquo; score.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;All you have to do is click on the &amp;ldquo;More&amp;rdquo; button under your reply and then click on the &amp;ldquo;Edit&amp;rdquo; button to be able to edit your reply&amp;rsquo;s text. Likewise, phrase your reply in such a way that you get a score that you&amp;rsquo;re satisfied with.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Here at RWS we strive to keep our community as helpful and positive as possible. We have already talked about how important it is the way we communicate with each other. Oftentimes people get into negative situations just because they don&amp;rsquo;t express their message in a positive way.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We want to make sure that everybody here in the RWS Community feels welcomed and supported in their quest to finding a solution to their problem, which is why we introduced the &amp;ldquo;Sentiment&amp;rdquo; label.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;While an experienced user might&amp;nbsp;find a newbie question rather foolish, that&amp;rsquo;s not the way the newbie perceives it.&amp;nbsp;So, we wanted to make sure we bring awareness to the members of our community in terms of how the way they communicate with each other since it can impact the experience they have within the community, for both themselves and the ones around them. Can I just post a link as the answer?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Unfortunately, a link is not an answer. It&amp;rsquo;s a location of relevant and correct material to answer the question. And while the link to the blog is probably very useful, it will be flagged for review by the system moderators who are dedicated to ensuring the Community Platform is not susceptible to spam or any forms of promotion.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The best approach is always to &amp;ldquo;Answer in the Question/Discussion&amp;rdquo; and in this case, that would mean providing enough content to address the question and answer it completely--if not in absolute detail at least to the extent that it achieves content correctness. Additional resources such as links to relevant and correct material can be offered as &amp;ldquo;for more information&amp;rdquo; or further explanation, but the answer should be complete. If an external blog entry is being linked, please provide a substantive quote from the blog entry to add context for users.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What about external documentation?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;The same applies to doc references. You can provide a link to the specific doc section/page. But also provide a substantive quote from the doc section being referenced. Remember that users who come to your post in the future may no longer be able to access a link if it has broken, so the quote will help &amp;quot;future-proof &amp;quot;the discussion.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Can community members include links to external sites (blog posts, documentation, personal resources) as part of their signature file?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;No, per our community guidelines, you cannot include linkspam in your signature. If you would like to include personal information or a link to a website, please include it in the body of your profile. Moderators will ask that these types of promotional links be removed from posts answering questions, or they may simply remove the links with an explanation to the responder.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Good custom: No company names and company-specific information&lt;br /&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;It is a good custom not to speak about company names but focus on the knowledge required to be successful in your business. Especially check your screenshots, code dumps, attachments, etc for information that your management probably do not want you to distribute. Typically employee names, server names&amp;nbsp;are something you might want to anonymize before posting. We rely on common business sense. We instruct our moderators to be vigilant and properly assist and protect all our members in their journey with RWS.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Good Custom: No pricing information or discussion&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Communities should not be used to share or discuss pricing information. Moderators will intervene and protect all our member&amp;#39;s privacy. This community is for discussion and conversation only. Please do not use this as a platform to spam members with ads or unrelated content. Attacks, foul language, and all other rude behavior will not be tolerated and will be removed. We want to maintain the quality of this group and will remove those who abuse it.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Edits&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt; So, you see something that is not correct or needs a nuance. Be bold. Be brave! Click the edit tab and edit the article. This is also&amp;nbsp;YOUR content. The community of &amp;#39;minds alike&amp;#39; really likes to see others edit their articles. It only improves the quality of the article making it more valuable. The more active the community, the more gains for all that participate. So, instead of logging a call or sending an email, why not correct it instantaneously!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Rating&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt; Rate an article that you like or dislike. We use the rating to learn and to make sure that the articles are to the point and helpful. Equally, low rated articles are removed and discussed internally why they are low rated. It takes a single click to let the author know what you think.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;User Access &amp;amp; Malintent&lt;br /&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;Anybody can enter, but we make sure we know who you are. Also the knowledge ownership and moderation - usually the hard part to organize - are firmly embedded in our organization. The work is done inside the community, not as work on the side. So we see you as part of our organization. And we are serious about serving you. Conversely, anybody with a clear bad intention will be spotted immediately. For the sake of the ever-growing number of serious members, we will be swift and firm to those who seek malice.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;A Community is not &amp;quot;Support&amp;quot;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt; The good thing is that now RWS both has a Community and Support service. The distinction is obvious. In a community, you may or may not get an answer, in Support you can simply refer to your support contracts and associated Service Level Agreement. This doesn&amp;#39;t mean RWS doesn&amp;#39;t pay attention or doesn&amp;#39;t care. It&amp;#39;s just a different way of solving a business problem.&lt;/p&gt;

What happened?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Two things could have happened. The message was deleted, or the message was moved to another community because the moderator determined that it was better suited for another community. If the question was moved, you will be notified with a link attached directing to the page where the thread was moved to.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p id="jive_content_id_Can_I_subscribe_to_a_community_or_space"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Can I subscribe to a forum?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Yes. You can subscribe to a forum or wiki. In the forum, wiki blog go to the bottom of the page and click on More. The click turn notifications On/Off. Another way is to go into a forum and in the list of forums, click underneath Subscribed on Off/On.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Can I subscribe to content via email?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Yes, in your account settings, you can see all the groups you&amp;#39;ve joined and there you can turn email digests on/off.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;How do I reply to a message?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Every message has a Reply icon at the bottom of the message. Click the icon and fill the form to reply to the message. If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to log in. When you are finished, click Post.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="OCFAQ-Answer"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;How can I mark answers as Correct?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;This only works if you have flagged your thread as a question.&amp;nbsp;If the answer was correct, click on &amp;quot;Verify as correct&amp;quot;.
