I have onboarded on a train ai task 4months ago from now. I was happy because I could work at any time and go long I wanted and the pay rate was very good. But one day about 1month after the start of the project I received an email saying I was off boarded because the customer required a smaller team (the project application never mention anything like this). After sendi multiple ticket through Zendesk, I always received the same answer « don’t worry you we’ll get contacted when the project needs more workers ». I tried applying other rws jobs of course but I never got any answers.

so this is why I believe that warning during the application process that you can be removed at any time would be important. I now don’t have any job anymore and struggles to find any online job with the same pay rate as this one.
