Account Suspension & Project Offboarding Without Clarification – Request for Guidance

Hello everyone,

I hope you’re all doing well.

I’m posting here kindly asking for guidance or support, as I’m currently facing an issue with my TrainAI account and I’m unable to reach support through the usual channels.

My TrainAI account is suspended, and when I try to sign in using the official link below:
 Point right https://trainai.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

I receive the following message every time:
“Cannot sign in – suspended user #34456802626196.”

Because of this suspension, I can’t access the Help Center, follow up on my tickets, or communicate properly with support. Unfortunately, I haven’t received a clear explanation yet regarding the reason for the suspension.

In addition, I was offboarded from multiple projects within a short period of time, namely:

  • Callisto

  • Echo

  • Diamond

These offboardings happened without receiving clear feedback, a prior warning, or an explanation. What added to my confusion is that some colleagues continue working on the same projects, while I was offboarded, and I would genuinely appreciate understanding whether there was a specific issue on my side that I could improve.
