I was having issues with the Challenging Image task and Rendering image task, when I would submit my response it would give me an error message stating &amp;quot;This task did not belong to you.&amp;quot; or the other message stating &amp;quot;Task timed out go back to your dashboard of avaiable tasks.&amp;quot; That may have something to do with it. However, come to think of it when the system would time out it should have automatically sent me the offboarding or under review message just for that reason but the system never did put my account under review up until now. Which still doesn&amp;#39;t make sense either because the night before my account went under review I completed all tasks I had been doing at the time. My rating is over 2.7 and I was selected as an Auditor, passing the tests and performed the role for a solid 3 months. I also did the recent quiz for a high priority task, passed and was sent an email congratulating me. A few days ago I received the same offboarding email as some others did with: Being offboarded from the project means you will no longer be able to continue working on it. Please note that no additional explanation will be provided, and the decision is final with no review or appeal process. Without any further explanation or reason I find this highly unprofessional. At first I thought maybe a glitch but as I know my task quality was good and I diligently recorded my exact hours worked, I can&amp;#39;t think of a valid reason to have been kicked out. I have been working on the platform for about 2 months, I started off at a rating of 2 then went up to 3 around 2 weeks ago. I followed all guidelines triple checked my work made sure I had everything following the guidelines for each task. I even took my time with each task. I really enjoyed working the tasks that were assigned to me. However, I recieved an email today stating that I was being offboarded from the project without any reasons why, and I quote &amp;quot; Being offboarded from the project means you will no longer be able to continue working on it. Please note that no additional explanation will be provided, and the decision is final with no review or appeal process. Regardless of what your status may show in the client tool, this email serves as the final notice that your participation in the project has ended. The reasons displayed for the ‘unapproved’ status in the platform do not reflect the actual conditions of the offboarding. They should not be considered as the cause of the status, and access to the platform for this project will be permanently restricted.&amp;quot; I am not understanding why management is not giving critical critism for those that apparently have done something wrong and then not give any explanation as to why supplier is wrong or what they were doing wrong. That is something extremely important for the people working on these projects to learn and grow from the mistakes that are being submitted. I as a manager myself do not expect my team to automatically know what is being done wrong without some explanation of what is wrong and show how to correct the issue. If anyone can tell me anything about the issue and help me start working again. This was food money for my children and provided gas to get back and forth from my other job. It&amp;#39;s really a shame that the management team thinks that this type of behaviour is of high quality when it isn&amp;#39;t professional nor does it benefit the workers having to be denied this way. They did not give me any reasonings for restricting me from using the platform. Not one explanation as to why I was offboarded from the Diamond project. I figured as managers or project team memebers they would at least give some type of critical critism so whatever was done wrong on my end I would be able to correct the issue.
