Impossible to acess to the Certifications or to tutorials or sample files

Dear RWS Trados team,

All my students have now inscribed to the certifications through the link given on the RWS site.

It is now correctly written "start exam" when they acess. Unfortunately they can neither acess to the tutorials, sample files. WHtn you click on them you receave: Error message stating 'The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.'

I receive the same message if I try another level.

I know this problem has been discussed in the community, but it seemed to be unsolved sofar.

My students are supposed to pass their Certification Level 1 before the 11th November

What shall I do to enable my students to access correctly in time?
