Impossible to acess to the Certifications or to tutorials or sample files

Question

Dear RWS Trados team, 
 All my students have now inscribed to the certifications through the link given on the RWS site. 
 It is now correctly written "start exam" when they acess. Unfortunately they can neither acess to the tutorials, sample files. WHtn you click on them you receave: 
 and I tried to click myself on the "Start exam" icon, and received the following message. 
 
 I receive the same message if I try another level. 
 I know this problem has been discussed in the community, but it seemed to be unsolved sofar. 
 My students are supposed to pass their Certification Level 1 before the 11th November 
 What shall I do to enable my students to access correctly in time?

Dear Marianne, 
 I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the Certification exams. Would it be possible to send the list of the students who need access, including the levels they need access to, to Learn@rws.com? Once we have this list, we will make the exams available to them.
