Dear RWS Training and Certification Team, After purchasing the Trados Studio 2022 Levels 1-3 bundle, I am unable to access both the e-learning videos and the workbooks (links are not working). Despite contacting produttraining@sdl.com about this on 08/11/2024, I have yet to receive a reply. Could you also please provide me with the exact link to download the 2022 version of Studio for this training. Many thanks

Hello, I'm a student and I'm trying to access the materials for training and exams for trados but the message I'm getting is this: The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

Can anyone help me with this please?

Impossible to acess to the Certifications or to tutorials or sample files

Dear RWS Trados team,

All my students have now inscribed to the certifications through the link given on the RWS site.

It is now correctly written "start exam" when they acess. Unfortunately they can neither acess to the tutorials, sample files. WHtn you click on them you receave:

and I tried to click myself on the "Start exam" icon, and received the following message.

I receive the same message if I try another level.

I know this problem has been discussed in the community, but it seemed to be unsolved sofar.

My students are supposed to pass their Certification Level 1 before the 11th November

What shall I do to enable my students to access correctly in time?

I am just starting and want to study before taking the Trados Studio 2022 - Level 1 exam. However, when I try to access the workbook, the following message appears: "The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable." Is this a recurring problem? Is there another place where I can access the workbook?

Cannot see the training materials

I received an email notifying me that the training materials "can be accessed via the Education page within the RWS Account area of our website," while my certification exams is accessible "via the Education page within the My Account area of our website."
I accessed my account directly through the link in the email but do not see any training materials on the Education page. Are "My Account" and "RWS Account" the same things? In my account, near the "Exam" button, I see different links to files such as "Workbook," "Sample files," and "Presentations." However, when I click them, I get the message: "The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable." I'm not sure if these materials are meant for training or for the exam. If these are the training materials, how can I resolve the error message issue?

Where can I attend training courses ? in Dubai or a nearby country ?

Hi everyone. I am trying to take my Trados 2022 Exam (level 2) but in the specific moment I try to start the exam an error message pops up saying 'Unable to continue: you cannot access the test again'. Unfortunately, a few of my colleagues have the same problem ... how can we fix that?

I'm studying the enter guide of Studio 2022. Now I have a problem with this question:

Although I moved the various labels as requested (and I made sure I moved them all), when I click on Submit it gives me this error:

For me, the question is complete: It’s true, maybe there might be a mistake, but the question should still be considered as completed. The problem is that now I’m stuck with the course, it doesn’t allow me to continue. Did someone face the same issue? Or does anyone have a solution to solve it?

Exporting user profile certifications

We have people leaving the company who would want to keep all the Studio and other product certifications got during their years in the company.

Is there a way to export those and transfer to a personal account?
