From Rob Fafoglia:
We get this problem a lot… we say how are we going to prevent AI from taking all of our jobs? I think the thing to remember is that we are not creating AI to replace all of us. That's not the point of AI. The point of AI is to start automating and carry out processes to give humans the ability to focus on other things. What does this mean? The job market is going to change as some things are going to be automated. So we have to work on being able to pivot, look at different opportunities, in different jobs. We have to look at education, start learning how to use AI for instance, equip yourself with the skills that are needed to thrive in an AI world. It's not going to take all the jobs, it's going to change the nature of the way we work and it's going to augment our human capabilities and allow us to focus on higher value tasks that require creativity, empathy, critical thinking. These are areas where human beings are always going to out perform AI.
