I would say openness and willingness with working people from all walks of life, and also from different cultural and linguistic backgrounds. Patience to listen to people, to understand, to be able to rephrase... this is super important because not only do we have colleagues from all over the world but we also have clients as well. So communication skills, the openness and willingness for cultural linguistic exposure... these are what I would consider the most important soft skills.
