What is ETUG?
The European TRADOS User Group (ETUG) is a forum for users of RWS translation tools, allowing them to meet other users, exchange their experiences with the RWS tools and get to know other users' translation workflows and solutions.
We also intend to use this forum to gather development requests that our members would like to see addressed by RWS. The forum works together with RWS to improve the RWS products in such a way that all users benefit the most.
Annual Conference
We hold an annual conference to promote the exchange of information between RWS users. RWS representatives are present throughout the conference, giving members the opportunity to ask questions and obtain information on the newest RWS developments.
All companies or organizations that use RWS translation tools intensively and on a large scale are eligible to become members of the ETUG. As a rule of thumb, this means they should employ server products. Guest speakers are often invited to the annual conference to present new interesting topics that could benefit the ETUG members.
Why Should I Become an ETUG Member?
How Can I Become a Member?
If you're interested in becoming an ETUG member, and would like to participate in the next conference, just apply for membership by sending a private message to Laurent Pierret (on Laurent's profile page select “Send a private message” under the “Connect” button). Your application will be processed as soon as possible by the ETUG Steering Committee.
