Compatibility of Trados Studio Plugin

Question

Hi, 
 
 I have build a Trados Studio Terminology Plugin and have been testing it with Trados Studio 2021. 
 I want to know which versions of Trados Studio, this plugin is supporting. 
 I tried to find this information in the documentation here: 
 https://developers.rws.com/studio-api-docs/articles/gettingstarted/studio_plugin_overview.html 
 There is no reference in backwards compatibility. 
 Can you please inform me on this?

Hi Stefanos Kargas , 
 As pointed out by Kelly Edward , the providers are not compatible across product releases (e.g. 2019->2021->2022). While the main reason for this is due to the assembly versions increased to align with the latest product release, there are also other breaking changes to take in to consideration. 
 Going forward, we will provide a document aimed at understanding the requirements in how to update your plugin so that it is compatible with the latest releases of the product.
