I cannot access any services in my account.

I need to activate my Trados Studio 2021 program on my desktop to be able to work on a project ASAP.

I have logged into my 'RWS' account to do so, but I am unable to access any services in my account (Licenses, Downloads, Account details, etc.)

It says 'page cannot be found'.

I have a SMA but I can't even log a support case, because 'page cannot be found'.

I've also checked that my Firefox program is on the latest version. It's not that. I'm all up to date.

Does anyone know what might be going on? Or had a similar experience?
