Community profile was reset after e-mail update

Dear all,

I tried to change my password on various RWS services (RWS Workzone, RWS ID, RWS Community) and ran into huge problems pretty much on all of them afterwards.

This post here is specifically about my RWS Community account. I do have access, my e-mail address was updated but the profile is now totally empty (group memberships, messages posted…).

Is it possible to recover my previous profile? I will indicate the e-mail addresses used (before and after the change) in a private message if they are needed to solve the issue.
