I am not aware of any "Trados Badge" in RWS Community. The badges we provide as part of our reward and recognition system in RWS Community can be found  Badges & Levels and the way to earn points is described  Guidelines

From what I checked, you already have a Level 1 badge.

Can you let us know exactly what you mean with your post? Perhaps you're referring to something else?
