SDL Authoring Bridge for Oxygen 19.1

Question

Currently we are using version 12.0.2417.0 of the SDK Knowledge Center Authoring Bridge with Oxygen 17.1 32-bit. Is the upgrade available that is compatible with Oxygen 19.1, 64-bit? This was supposed to be available last year, but I never heard of its release and availability.

According to the documentation set provided with SDL Knowledge Center 13, the Oxygen 19.1 (64-bit) version is not yet supported.
