We are pleased to introduce you to a brand new Tridion Sites Delta course. This course aims to provide you with an overview of Tridion Sites 9.6 new features and capabilities and is free of charge.
This eLearning is designed to help teams and their executive sponsors understand, prepare for, and explain the benefits of Tridion Sites 9.6 to their internal stakeholders, users, and development teams.
Target audience and Anticipated Purpose of the Course
The course is relevant to:
- Content leaders, digital product owners, and other decision-makers working with the Tridion Sites content management and delivery systems.
- Editors and technical team members considering or evaluating Tridion Sites 9.6, especially those who are familiar with a previous version of Tridion Sites.
The purpose of this course is to find out all the latest updates and improvements in the following topics:
- Tridion Sites 9.6 Content Management
- Semantic Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Semantic Content Modelling (Content Delivery)
- Platform Updates

You will be able to access the course by signing up to the RWS University (if you don’t have an account yet):

On the next screen, insert your email and password, and click Sign up:
A confirmation email is sent to your account. Click on the link in the email to confirm your account:
After clicking the link, you are redirected to the RWS University where you can complete your profile:
Once your profile has been completed and saved, you are taken to the RWS University Dashboard screen:
You can browse the Catalog and search for “Tridion”.
The Tridion Sites course will be available, and you can enrol yourself to it and then start the course.
