Sometimes there are project templates which:
- are only for testing, and should not be available to "common" customer requesters
- even though they are for testing, it's easier to set them up under the production locations so they can faithfully reproduce leverage and settings
- are in the middle of change and should no be used until this is completed
- should not be used right now (for various reasons, customer doesn't have budget for a particular type of work for example)
Right now the only way to achieve this is to delete these project templates, or rename them with "Do not use" - both inconvenient solutions.
It would be great to have a check box so we can at least deactivate project templates, causing them to not be available for project creation, whilst still being visible in the UI.
(Note: this functionality exists in TMS and is used all the time)
