This will be in the next release if all goes well in testing. When you upload a subtitle file, you will be able to also upload a video file and link it to the subtitle file. This will then be previewed in the Online Editor.

Display a video as a preview type in the online editor

We'd like to enable our linguists to view a video directly in the online editor as preview content when translating subtitle files.
