Many times we do have the video file that we'd like to upload directly. There may be times where the video is hosted, but this is less often.

Understood Russell Banton, I've reopened the idea. I understand you have subtitle file already and want to upload both the subtitles and the respective video. 

Do you see the video files uploaded directly in TE or are they to be hosted externally, necessitating also a connector?

Luis Lopes  - I see this is marked as delivered, but it is not delivered. What was released only works if you are using RWS for generative subtitling. We want to be able to have a video preview for the subtitle files we submit on our own for translation.
