Enable users to set e-mail notification preferences

Currently users are only able to switch e-mail notifications on or off. They should be able to pick and choose what types of notifications they receive, for example receive a notification for a new task assignment but not receive a notification for an approaching due date.

We'd love to be able to edit what we receive. We get so many unnecessary notifications.
