Include custom fields in project overview

It would be great to have the option to add custom fields as a column in the projects overview:

My client has the similar request, he wants us to add a column to show the current status for the project, like the current "Task Workflow Name", the current owner's name and how many days the project has been stayed in current stage.

This would be very helpful for our teams. While you can filter by specific custom fields, it would be nice to see the custom fields from the overview.
