Translate
When a vendor receives a project for Vendor Quote Review, they would like to check the source files of the respective project in order to check for any further actions that might be required on that file, e.g. translate non editable graphics. It would therefore be very helpful to have the source files available already in this stage and not only in the next task (Translation).
