Example of use: A reviewer or customer reviewer has finished their review and completed their task, the file is now in the Final Check stage. The reviewer then realizes they forgot to change something and want to make the change. Currently the only option is to download the file during the Final Check task and make the change there.
It would be much more convenient to roll back the file to the previous workflow step so they can work in the Online Editor again.
