SalesForce Commerce Cloud - Adding a feature for the Conversations tab to work

Currently, the RWS connector in SalesForce Commerce Cloud is using a generic email address for all users of SalesForce to be able to submit translation requests. That email address is not used by SalesForce's users. So, whenerver a message is left in a project, nobody can monitor the messages, nor by email nor on the RWS Customer Portal interface. There is no way for Trados Enterprise users to use the Conversations tab for projects submitted via the RWS connector in SalesForce Commerce Cloud. Could you please fix that  ?
