View linguist questions and comments at a high-level

We'd like to be able to see all linguist questions and comments without having to go into the online editor for specific tasks in specific projects. Ideally, we'd be able to go to a table and see details for each questions/comment including project, task, languages, dates, who created the query. It would also be beneficial to be able to respond to queries here.

As part of this request, we should also consider customizable notifications for comments/questions on segments so the correct person can respond to the person who asked the question as documented in a separate idea raised here.

    We see the functionality you are requesting in this idea as a natural evolution of the conversations feature that was introduced across the Trados platform in the latter part of 2023. There are a number of iterations we need to work through before we reach this point - for example, we would need to support comments at file, task and potentially segment level, and in doing so, ensure this feature is more readily accessible to linguists.  

    I don't currently have any precise timeframes for when this will be available but it's certainly something we intend to progress during the course of this year. I'll mark your idea as "Not yet planned" but keep you informed of progress when I have further updates on this.
