Idea Delivered

Dear Maya Benoit,

Thanks for your posted idea.
Your suggestion does read like an email notification functionality that already exists, e.g. the Trados Team system is sending email notifications for when a task assignee accepts or rejects a task.
An overview for all notifications can be found at Email notification messages, incl. a description on what triggers and who receives the notification, e.g. for task rejected by the assignee:

Should these notifications not work for you, then please reach out to our Support team for troubleshooting.

Many thanks,

Notifications for project manager

Currently the project manager on a project in Trados Team doesn't receive any notification if a translator has accepted or rejected a task.
You have to open the project itself in Trados Team and check the status in the Stages tab.

For PMs handling multiple projects it would be helpful to have a notification by email for rejection and acceptance of tasks.
This way you can easily see your projects are on track and don't have to open each individual project.

Especially rejection notification would be helpful, as that would require an action from the PM.

Thanks,

Maya
