Trados Team - allow user to reject when he/she is the only one assigned to a task

Hi,

We work with several preferred linguists for our customers. So that means on Trados Team we need to assign the jobs to them individually first and then, in case they aren't available, we will check for another solution within our vendor pool.

However currently it seems when a single user is assigned to a task, that this user does not have the option to reject the task. 

So in order for us to know he cannot take on the translation, he/she needs to send us an email.

It is possible to reject when multiple users are assigned. Is it not possible to make this option available as well when 1 user is assigned?
