View rights across organizations for users

Hello, I'd like users to be able to see by whom the comments in their tasks were made, even if they're are not located in the same organization. We have all translators and reviewers on the root location but still for some it is impossible to see where the comments are coming from... which makes communication between the involved persons in a workflow a bit more difficult. "Anonymous" as shown below does not really help here..

    Where users are created (root) is not really relevant for permissions, the important bit is where the groups they belong to sit, which defines which roles they have.
    Could you raise a ticket with Support to review your setup?
    We're not really keen to change the permission system, as some customers wouldn't want this visibility to be available for certain users, so it's better to ensure your setup is correct for your use cases.
