This functionality is now in progress. It will be delivered as follows:
1) Term entry history (introducing created on, created by, changed on, changed by fields) for every field in an entry
2) Change log - as an admin you will be able to look at exactly what was changed and by whom over time
We expect 1) to be delivered in August 2022 and 2) to follow soon after. We will update this idea as and when.
