Idea: Upon clicking Assign to users in Phase (Prep, Trans, Rev, Finali..) after Add, we still need to click on more box to "Show All users from ...". Can this be removed, and upon clicking Assign to users.. Add > the list is already shown? Regards...

Users quite often work with AnyTM for file based resources but when they migrate to GroupShare the feature is unsupported as result the functionality of the translation system is decreased from translator's point of view.

Changing the number of phases and their names in GroupShare

This idea is simple. There should be a chance to create a custom sequence of phases in GroupShare. For example, instead of the usual 4 phases, I might need 8 or 9 phases of work for a given project. Also, customization of phase names is a must.
