Thank you for your suggestion regarding the ability to customize project phases in GroupShare by increasing their number and renaming them.
In the meantime, the option to rename existing phases is available in Trados GroupShare 2020, offering greater flexibility in how you label and organize your workflows.
However, after careful consideration, we’ve decided not to expand the number of available phases beyond the current set. This is due to architectural constraints and our focus on maintaining consistency and performance across the system.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your ideas with us. Feedback like yours helps us prioritize enhancements that deliver the most value to our user community, and we’re always happy to hear more.
Customization of Phase names is available with GS 2017. Leaving this open for votes on more phases.
