Show All users from Trados Groupshare Server list of vendors upon clicking Assign to users in Phase > Add

Idea:

Upon clicking Assign to users in Phase (Prep, Trans, Rev, Finali..) after Add, we still need to click on more box to "Show All users from ...".

Can this be removed, and upon clicking Assign to users.. Add > the list is already shown?
