Automatically process the corresponding bilingual excel file for Bilingual Excel file type

Currently, when creating a new TE project, the user has to select the target language for each bilingual Excel file individually.

Would it be possible to remove this step so that TE can automatically process the bilingual Excel file according to the language code of the file name (e.g., ja-JP)?
