Based on your defined or automatically calculated productivity from the last weeks/months Studio could allow user to estimate a deadline for the analysed set of documents.
The easiest possibility is to simply predefine the daily output and working hours (also if we work on weekends or not) in the Studio configuration. Based on that numbers deadline estimation would simply be a matter of dividing the numbers into days/hours.
Example:
You analyse a set of files and the result shows around 36000 words while your previously defined daily output is 3000 words. Deadline estimation would instantly see you need 12 working days to complete the task, but it would also check your working hours, which i.e. are Mon-Fri 9 a.m.-5 p.m.. This means it would take 2 days from this week, and up to 5 days from the two following weeks. Assuming this was today, the estimated deadline would be: 14 April.
Alternatively, this could be based on the automatically tracked productivity (submitted as another idea).
