add prominent hint that language pair settings under File > Options are only for single files

Hi,

could you please add a add prominent hint that language pair settings under File > Options are only for single files and that users (who still don't know this before they lose a lot of time to create such pairs only to find out they don't apply to projects) should create project templates under File > Setup to get settings saved per language or all languages for new projects?
