Hi,

I propose a list of changes to improve RTL language support and specifically Farsi (Persian) and Urdu:
- Add support for the Farsi keyboard (standard) available from Windows 10,
- Add support for Persian numbers (Standard Farsi Keyboard),
- Automatic conversion of source numbers into Standard Farsi numbers,
Verify:
- Improve language support Farsi in Verify,
- In Farsi language there are no capital letters and therefore it must be deactivated by default,
- Do not detect as an error if a word is Bold in the target translation. In RTL languages there are no capital letters and for the localisation of capital words we usually use bold,
- Do not report standard Farsi keypad numbers in target as an error.
