Defining curly apostrophes (quotes) as default for all projects (=not only in the Editor)

We would like to haben the apostrophes always written the same way, that is the curly ones, not the straight ones.

It would be great having the possibility to select these curly apostrophes as the basic feature for all Trados projects.

And also: including for texts coming from our Deepl add-in.

Hi Alessia,
Thanks for your answer! I actually don't know what a AutoHotKey is (I'm new on this plattform - and hadn't been using Trados in the last years, so I'm (re)discovering a lot of things!!) - but if it's easy to apply and as helpful as it sounds, I'd be happy to get your script, yes! :-))

I undestand you soooo much!
That’s why I use a AutoHotKey script, so I can only have courve apostrophes ’ and straights quotation marks "

Hello Alison Field my script works for apostrophe ’ (it converts from straight to curly)
AutoHotKey is not difficult and I have scripts also to merge segments, change the case to the whole segment, copy the source and immediately confirm it (very usefull!)
