Find and Replace function in the Review Mode of Trados Studio

The Find and Replace function is currently only available in the Translation mode. It would be very helpful to have it also available for the revision step, as it without it replacing a term that has been incorrectly translated throughout the document is very time-consuming.

    I had got in touch with somebody today and they seemed to think that the option is not available. However, I installed the latest patch and it seems to be working now. Something might have been corrupted. I generally translate in Studio and use other software for revision, so I could not be sure. I did however find it hard to believe that this important function could be missing in the review mode. Again, thanks for the heads up :)

    There must be something not working properly in your setup. I suggest you try running a Windows Repair on Studio.

    I work in Review mode most of the time as I'm a Technical Reviewer/Proofreader. The Find and Replace function works fine for me in Review mode. It works fine in all three modes, Sign-off included...
