More configurable license manager

We are using Trados Studio with network license. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we started work at home. In order to use Trados Studio by sharing the network licenses, VPN network connection is required. However, the VPN router in our company can handle only TCP protocol though the license server uses UDP protocol.

So my idea is to make license server more configurable. There are many types of VPN routers and some of them can handle only TCP protocol. I expect that the license server will be improved to be able to work using TCP protocol.
