move spell checking options from Options > Editor to language and project settings

Hi,

as every target language or porject has it's own special needs like:

- Word or Hunspell dics being better depending on language

- some need upper case checking per default other don't

- some projects need to ignore locked segments or CM/100% Matches

aso.

it would be very nice if these settings could be moved from global settings to per language settings (under language pairs and project templates) and of course to project settings itself.

  • I can't recommend this as it stands, since this would leave a lot of users ferreting around in different areas for the option in question. A global option ought to be retained, while providing the options outlined above. In addition, I warmly endrse Pascal's suggestion to make more options available in templates.
