Restore SDLXLIFF converter functionality in Studio 2024!

By ending SDLXLIFF Converter for Studio 2024 you have removed key functionality, i.e. the ability filter the segments that are exported.

Restore this functionality! Give the users that same controls over what is exported!

Another MAJOR problem is that you cannot reimport multiple files without the Automatch filenames feature! Even a 20-file project is tedious, what if the project contains 100 files??

This is a shock, really. And it's only fortunate that I found out before upgrading to 2024. I would really prefer the external version of this, as various attempts at using the internal Export for Review workflow ended up truly disastrous.

Gets my vote... probably good to add that this refers to adding this functionality to the "Export for External Review" feature. We don't want to keep supporting this additional app that is only needed because the "Export for external review" omitted these options as a replacement feature.
