special color for projects to be ready for the current day whatever the hour

At the moment, a project is red-colored if it has to be sent at 02:00 for instance (current day)

But if a project has to be sent at 16:00 (current day), it is not red-colored.

Could you develop Something so that all the projects that have to be sent the current day are colored?
