Accepted, Not Yet Planned

Hi Spiros, TTX has been end-of-lifed as a format for a long time as it belonged to Trados 2007. Having said that, it's still somewhat popular. Still, we decided to move TTX as well as other Trados 2007 compatibility components to an app, rather than keep it in Studio core. This helps with reducing the amount of old legacy source code that can 'bloat' Studio somewhat, including destabilizing installation if you can't anymore install old C++ runtimes and the like. This also increases security within Studio 2021 while still giving those that still need it easy access to TTX, TMW etc. support.

Support bilingual .ttx filetype by default in 2021 or later
