Under Community Review

The autopropagate function should also autopropagate segments with "Translation approved" status in Review mode even if you didn't modify the segments.

When you approve a segment in Review mode all identical segments should also be approved even if you didn't change the approved segment (this option can be activated whit a check-box in the autopropagate options).
